An Empire State Of A Conference

What an incredible two-day conference took place this week at Grace! We had the privilege to host the Empire State Fellowship Fall Conference with keynote speaker President Jim Jeffrey of Baptist Bible College.

The conference kicked-off Monday with a Pre-Conference for over a 100 pastors and wives. The Pre-Conference included a free lunch and workshops on marriage by Pastor Mark Hurlbut and his wife Doris. Monday afternoon featured the first of two messages from President Jeffrey on “Family Matters” along with State Representative Jim Vogel sharing a Doctrinal Thinkubator on “Why Baptism Doesn’t Save You.” Monday evening was led off by our worship team and concluded by President Jeffrey’s second message on “Family Matters.”

Day 2 of the ESF Fall Conference began with workshops, moved to a business session and concluded with a heartfelt message from Pastor Dick Seefried on a “Prodigal Son.”

We can’t thank the many volunteers who gave of themselves to serve and help make the Conference such a meaningful and enriching time for so many from across New York. Thank you Grace Baptist family!

  1. We echo our thanks to the people who are Grace Baptist Church. You modeled not only grace but a servant’s hearts to the fellow believers who came from across NY to worship together at your church. We appreciate your service to the Lord this week and thank God for each of you.
